Commercial representative expanding presence of Truss brand in Salvador's perfumeries and salons. Responsible for sales outreach, training, and performance management in the beauty sector.
Responsibilities
Active prospecting: Identify and activate new salons and perfumeries with a focus on growth potential.
Execution routine (PAP): Plan and conduct daily visits, covering the capital (Salvador) and neighboring cities.
Performance management: Monitor targets, enter orders, and conduct daily performance alignment rituals (morning and closing).
Point-of-sale visibility: Ensure correct brand placement (gondolas/shelving, extra display points and DOH).
Training: Train professionals and the sales team on the technical and commercial portfolio.
Requirements
University degree in progress or completed.
Experience in field sales (PAP) and familiarity with result-tracking routines.
Valid driver's license (Category B) and full availability to work in the field in Salvador/BA and neighboring cities.
Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills and a focus on commercial resilience.
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in the industry (especially in perfumeries or cosmetics channels).
Experience with targets and daily planning routines.
