About the role

  • Business Development Representative focused on lead generation for growing SaaS company. Engaging prospects and managing CRM systems to drive impactful sales growth with hybrid working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualifying Prospects: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile and readiness to engage with the sales team.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to prospects.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, particularly in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a desire to achieve targets and drive personal development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative independently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Adaptive Mindset: Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and adapt strategies based on market feedback.
