About the role

  • Sales Development Representative converting marketing leads into sales for a health tech firm. Focused on ownership of pipeline and successful deal closures in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You convert new, primarily warm marketing leads (80%) into opportunities and schedule demo meetings for the sales team, making a significant contribution to Nelly's overall revenue. You take ownership of your own pipeline and are (co-)responsible for successfully closing new deals.
  • You regularly collaborate with other departments to continuously improve sales performance. You provide ongoing feedback on lead quality and play a key role in shortening the sales cycle.
  • You proactively identify and drive alternative lead channels together with the marketing team. You also have no hesitation to perform occasional cold outreach when necessary.

Requirements

  • You enjoy making calls and persuading people.
  • You either have startup experience or are a career changer eager to launch a career in pre-sales.
  • You have a hunter mentality and a can-do attitude — nothing falls through with you.
  • You take ownership of your own pipeline.
  • You are resilient under pressure and enjoy working with KPIs; ideally you have worked with clear targets in previous roles (student jobs, internships, or full-time positions) and are used to performance-driven work.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have very good German language skills (C2).
