About the role

  • Generate new business opportunities through high-volume, phone-based outreach.
  • Partner closely with an Account Executive to achieve monthly demo and pipeline targets.
  • Engage decision-makers in specific segments of the construction industry to understand challenges and position our technical solutions effectively.
  • Use research and insight to personalize outreach and build meaningful conversations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve our outreach strategy, tools, and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • A confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and starting conversations.
  • Organised, data-driven, and comfortable working across a modern sales tech stack.
  • Proven ability to meet activity targets and drive demos in a phone-based sales role.
  • Curious and resilient—able to learn complex products and explain them clearly.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to develop your sales skills.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused.
  • 1+ year of experience in software (preferably SaaS) or technical sales.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
