Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, lead nurturing, and social media engagement to generate leads.
Efficiently qualify leads and schedule appointments for Commercial Account Executives.
Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their insurance needs and business challenges.
Work closely with the sales team, particularly Commercial Account Executives, to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot).
Requirements
Willing to obtain Level 1 license eligible prior to start date of employment
2-3 years experience in a sales role preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
