Sales Development Representative contributing to paretos' sales development in the DACH region. Leverage your SaaS expertise in a remote-first company supporting data-driven decisions in AI.
Responsibilities
Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, video call, or on-site meetings, engaging senior decision‑makers across industries (primarily outbound)
Lead high‑level conversations with target customers to identify business needs and persuasively generate interest in our products
Own and continuously improve all steps from contact identification and data enrichment to qualification and internal handover
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Account Executives, and Customer Success team
Meet and exceed personal targets while contributing to the broader goals of the company — building something you can be proud of and earning competitive compensation
Requirements
Experience as an SDR and relevant industry knowledge; ideally 1–2 years of professional experience in sales for SaaS products (preferably in AI) and/or supply chain management
Tech‑savvy and able to leverage modern tools and platforms to professionalize and automate outreach
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness used to solve complex problems and develop solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with, negotiating with, questioning, and giving feedback to both internal and external stakeholders
Good time management and organizational skills — able to set measurable daily and long‑term goals and follow a plan to achieve them
Coachable and resilient — receptive to feedback and motivated to improve while remaining confident
Eager to learn and develop into an Account Executive role within the company
Fluent German (native or bilingual preferred, focus on DACH) and fluent English (we are an international company)
