Sales Development Representative contacting and scheduling meetings with prospects for Biggie's global marketing agency. Collaborating with sales to create qualified opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Understand, identify and target prospects and personas in key accounts
Contact prospects in a personalized way (Cold Calls, Linkedin, emails with sequences) to obtain appointments.
Take charge of all the tools made available (Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)
Schedule discovery meetings with prospects
Carry out the qualification/discovery phase in order to create as many qualified opportunities as possible for Sales (with whom you will work in close collaboration)
Keep the CRM and your opportunities up to date
Share best practices to optimize your prospecting approach, your pitch, your cold calls
Participate in the development of the prospecting strategy in collaboration with Sales Ops
Requirements
Between 1 and 2 years of minimum experience in a similar position
You are not afraid to pick up the phone, you are persistent and you don’t give up
You are organized and methodical: in your time management but also in your way of prospecting
You are eager to learn and have a strong ability to adapt in a constantly evolving market
You are curious and you do not hesitate to monitor to improve yourself
You like to be challenged with weekly/monthly goals
You have a positive mindset
You are humble and always able to question your assumptions
You speak Flemish fluently
Experience with Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus
