About the role

  • Identify and engage new leads – targeted research and proactive outreach via phone, email and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships – maintain continuous contact up to the first confirmed order.
  • Discover and qualify needs – understand if and how our services create value for the customer.
  • Prepare and organize appointments – coordinate in-person or virtual meetings, involving our Business Units when required.
  • Support the sales process – from the initial approach through project initiation to the first engagement.
  • Keep the CRM accurate – clearly document activities, progress and results.
  • Contribute ideas – propose outreach methods, call scripts and campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, inside sales or telephone sales; experience with technically complex products is an advantage but not required.
  • Drive and initiative – you take responsibility for leads and outcomes.
  • Goal-oriented and persistent – you follow up even when closing takes time.
  • Eager to learn – you bring experience and are open to development with us.
  • Structured and organized – you keep an overview of many contacts and processes.
  • Confident with MS Office and CRM systems.
