Revenue Operations Manager at Schema App ensuring operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Support deal operations while owning CRM processes and metrics management.
Responsibilities
Ensure operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Support Sales and Customer Success teams with proposals, renewals, and workflows.
Own the deals system including configuration, maintenance, and integrations.
Manage permissions and ensure clean deal data.
Calculate and communicate commissions monthly for AEs, BDRs, and CSMs.
Conduct lost deal analysis and coordinate with legal on custom terms.
Own tracking and accuracy of core SaaS KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
Mid-level experience in Revenue Operations
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot and DocuSign)
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)
Experience with deal operations and analytics
Ability to analyze customer feedback and lost deal insights
Strong process documentation skills
