Responsibilities
Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency
Ensure the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what’s working and what isn’t.
Lead the management and optimization of our sales, and account management processes, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams
Develop conversion insights to guide smarter prioritization
Standardize reporting and dashboards for performance
Streamline CRM workflows and ensure clean, actionable data
Support Sales with process tools that remove friction and boost efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience spanning operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable building dashboards and translating business questions into data stories.
You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity through data and insight, and can self-serve in Excel and SQL
Proven ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking, operational precision now, strategic scale later.
