Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire GTM tech stack across the complete customer journey.
You implement new software, including selection, testing, rollout, and support.
You ensure data quality, data synchronization, and data protection compliance.
You train and support employees in using the systems.
You develop automated lead and customer processes as well as scalable workflows.
You build dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI reports.
You implement GTM automations technically, including integrations and APIs.
You actively contribute to shaping a scalable Revenue Operations structure.
You define and optimize end-to-end revenue processes.
You support pricing, onboarding, and billing processes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a comparable role
Proven track record in building and maintaining a GTM tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Calendly, Kickscale, Clay, Instantly, Jotform, Zapier/Make, billing software such as Stripe/Billwerk/Chargebee or similar market alternatives)
Strong technical skills: API fundamentals, data models, and interfaces
Experience with sales, marketing, onboarding, and billing processes
Knowledge of data protection & GDPR
Ability to design, document, and operationalize complex processes
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Experience with using and implementing AI tools
