About the role

  • RevOps Specialist optimizing sales processes at Stay22, revolutionizing online affiliate conversions. Focused on improving pipeline quality, forecast reliability, and overall sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive adoption of high-performance standards.
  • Optimize funnel management by strengthening qualification frameworks, opportunity hygiene, and discipline in sales-stage progression.
  • Improve forecast reliability by enhancing reporting structures, data accuracy, and pipeline inspection processes.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing and Sales and enforce lead-management standards that protect conversion rates.
  • Manage and continuously optimize sales workflows in HubSpot to reduce friction and increase execution consistency.
  • Operationalize KPI definitions and reporting logic in partnership with the team, ensuring field buy-in and data integrity.
  • Support quota rollout and performance tracking, ensuring commission data accuracy and visibility into goal attainment.
  • Analyze pipeline generation, conversion rates, and velocity metrics to proactively identify revenue risks and performance gaps.
  • Support territory execution and account distribution processes to maintain balanced coverage and visibility into productivity.
  • Continuously identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and productivity shortfalls, then propose structured improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot highly preferred) with demonstrated experience enforcing process discipline.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics, forecasting methodologies, and commercial performance levers.
  • Experience improving funnel governance, reporting frameworks, or workflow rigor.
  • Ability to translate data into structured recommendations that influence execution.
  • Comfortable challenging inconsistencies and reinforcing operational standards with sales stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent command of English to collaborate with international teams.
