About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst conducting end-to-end selection processes for Flash, a Brazilian HRTech startup. Ensuring positive candidate experience and contributing to hiring data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from alignment with hiring managers through to the offer;
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process;
  • Provide data, analyses, and recommendations to inform hiring decisions and pipeline management;

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and selection, either in corporate environments or recruitment agencies/consultancies;
  • Ability to run recruitment processes with speed, quality, and a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience;
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
  • Analytical profile with the ability to generate and interpret Talent Acquisition (TA) data;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office in Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP)
