Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from alignment with hiring managers through to the offer;
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process;
Provide data, analyses, and recommendations to inform hiring decisions and pipeline management;
Requirements
Experience in recruitment and selection, either in corporate environments or recruitment agencies/consultancies;
Ability to run recruitment processes with speed, quality, and a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience;
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
Analytical profile with the ability to generate and interpret Talent Acquisition (TA) data;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office in Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP)
