Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment while providing a positive candidate experience
Prepare and send job offers, maintain recruiting records, deploy policies, and handle documentation
Schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones and departments, manage reschedules and candidate communication
Serve as a primary support resource for the Talent Acquisition team, answering questions and providing workflow guidance
Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for candidates
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative function
BA/BS degree is encouraged, or equivalent work experience is required
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday, scheduling tools, and general HR technology
Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable reaching out to candidates or hiring managers
Value efficiency, looking for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows
Comfortable working with systems such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and applicant tracking systems
Strong emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving skills
