About the role

  • Recruiting Coordinator at Envista coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring positive candidate experiences for a global HR team. Engaging with internal client teams in office and remotely in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment while providing a positive candidate experience
  • Prepare and send job offers, maintain recruiting records, deploy policies, and handle documentation
  • Schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones and departments, manage reschedules and candidate communication
  • Serve as a primary support resource for the Talent Acquisition team, answering questions and providing workflow guidance
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for candidates

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative function
  • BA/BS degree is encouraged, or equivalent work experience is required
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday, scheduling tools, and general HR technology
  • Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable reaching out to candidates or hiring managers
  • Value efficiency, looking for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows
  • Comfortable working with systems such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving skills
