Responsibilities
- Identifizierung und Gewinnung von hochqualifizierten technischen und kaufmännischen Spezialisten
- Finden der besten Kandidaten auf beruflichen Netzwerken, Lebenslaufdatenbanken und über eigenes Netzwerk
- Durchführung strukturierter Bewerbungsgespräche und Erstellen von Qualifikationsprofilen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern zur Besetzung offener Positionen und Gewährleistung einer guten Candidate Experience
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement) mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung, idealerweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrung im Active Sourcing
- Spaß daran, Talente über soziale Netzwerke zu gewinnen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
