About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a professional, consultative partner to business leaders on all talent acquisition aspects.
  • Collaborate closely with People & Culture Business Partners to gain insight into upcoming business priorities.
  • Expertly drive full cycle recruiting processes, designing customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions.
  • Oversee the complex offer process, including creating proposals based on compensation & benefits framework.
  • Work with People Relations Partners to ensure a high level of confidentiality on recruitment topics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven work experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong passion for People & Culture/Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders on all hierarchical levels
  • Well-versed in talent attraction, sourcing, and assessing
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills
  • High influencing skills and excellent negotiator
  • Diligent user and expert of applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn.
