About the role

  • Manage the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit
  • Build a robust talent pipeline and navigate the seamless transition from candidate identification to hire
  • Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies and client needs
  • Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits
  • Leverage the company database to expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates
  • Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Identify candidates' critical success factors using behavioral and situational interview techniques

Requirements

  • Two years of recruiting experience
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization
  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role
  • Ability to work independently and proactively accomplish business needs
  • Self-management: analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time
  • Informing: proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience
  • Customer focus: attend to the needs and expectations of customers
  • Influencing: affect or change others' positions and opinions
  • Oral communication: engage effectively in dialogue
