Manage the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit
Build a robust talent pipeline and navigate the seamless transition from candidate identification to hire
Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies and client needs
Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits
Leverage the company database to expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels
Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates
Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Identify candidates' critical success factors using behavioral and situational interview techniques
Requirements
Two years of recruiting experience
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization
Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role
Ability to work independently and proactively accomplish business needs
Self-management: analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time
Informing: proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience
Customer focus: attend to the needs and expectations of customers
