Responsibilities
Responsibility for the entire recruiting process — from receipt of applications to contract signing
Create a respectful candidate journey with a positive and welcoming application experience
Monitor KPIs to continuously improve hiring efficiency
Actively shape the employer brand and passionately represent the company at various events
Develop a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy to support company growth
Requirements
Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport/traffic industry or in a consulting environment
Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems
Enjoyment in working with people and direct contact with applicants
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, for clear and precise communication
Initiative, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
