Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport/traffic industry or in a consulting environment
  • Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems
  • Enjoyment in working with people and direct contact with applicants
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, for clear and precise communication
  • Initiative, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
