About the role

  • Support in day-to-day HR operations and personnel processes.
  • Learn administrative tasks such as preparing certificates, obtaining signatures, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Maintain employee master data in SAP.
  • Contribute to special assignments and work on your own small HR projects.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting onboarding events for new employees.
  • Support applicant management and candidate correspondence, and help organize interviews.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in an advanced stage of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
  • You have already gained initial practical experience in HR work.
  • You have a careful and conscientious working style.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have good Microsoft Office skills.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.
