About the role
- You develop, together with our managers, the overarching (rolling) workforce planning and ensure optimal resource utilization — whether onshore, nearshore or offshore, and including the use of AI-supported solutions and freelance capacity
- You act as a central interface and work closely with colleagues from Controlling, Group Controlling, Account Management, HR and Office Management
- You actively support planning as well as onboarding and offboarding of our employees and ensure that all relevant processes run smoothly
- As a sparring partner you operate on equal footing, provide constructive feedback and have the courage to give critical feedback to leadership
- You design new processes and identify opportunities for automation
- In our dynamic agency environment you independently take on additional tasks as they arise
- International collaboration is natural to you; you communicate confidently in German and English
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in staffing, HR, recruiting, personnel controlling or project management — preferably in an agency or international environment
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and analytical thinking
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and are a true team player
- Confident handling of Office and HR processes and ideally experience with resource and cost planning tools
- Fluent German and English skills and an affinity for numbers
- You have knowledge in information security and information security awareness
