About the role

  • Provides recruiting expertise and support to multiple assigned markets as needed.
  • Develops and executes strategic recruiting plans and communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Proactively communicates with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategies.
  • Handles administrative details related to recruiting processes and maintains candidate data in ATS.
  • Manages the offer process to ensure consistency and high acceptance rates.
  • Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
  • 2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, Workday and Phenom highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Familiar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication /interaction skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills
