Provides recruiting expertise and support to multiple assigned markets as needed.
Develops and executes strategic recruiting plans and communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers.
Proactively communicates with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategies.
Handles administrative details related to recruiting processes and maintains candidate data in ATS.
Manages the offer process to ensure consistency and high acceptance rates.
Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, Workday and Phenom highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
High volume recruiting experience preferred
Familiar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.
