About the role

  • Partner with company leaders and Co-Founders to build our recruiting function
  • Think creatively about how to source, engage, and convert top talent
  • Create steady, high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and proactive talent mapping
  • Develop, track, and improve metrics (e.g., time‐to‐hire, source effectiveness, candidate quality, funnel conversion)
  • Build scalable recruiting systems and processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with deep technical recruiting exposure.
  • You’ve recruited in fast-paced, competitive environments (later-stage startups or high-bar tech companies).
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment
  • You’re a strong communicator who is good at understanding what candidates are looking for and adjusting your strategy on the go
