About the role

  • Strategic and operational planning, implementation, and optimization of cross-channel online marketing activities (display, SEA/search engine advertising, social ads)
  • Performance monitoring of campaigns through analysis of relevant KPIs and budget control
  • Close collaboration with content creators and writers to optimize campaign materials
  • Preparation of analyses, competitive monitoring, and actionable recommendations for the area of responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in performance advertising, web analytics, or SEO
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing, tracking, KPI analysis, and creativity with respect to landing pages
  • Knowledge of common campaign tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics / Matomo, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels, their KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA) and influencing factors
  • Strong numerical affinity, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a structured working style
  • German at native level and very good English
  • Team player with initiative in problem solving
