Requirements
7+ Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing im E-Commerce- oder DTC-Umfeld.
Idealerweise im Beauty- oder Lifestyle-Segment, ausschließlich im Startup-/Scaleup-Umfeld.
Signifikante Media-Budgets (1Mio monatlich+) strategisch gesteuert und profitabel skaliert.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Reduktion von CAC und im Ausbau von Umsatz sowie Neukundenanteil.
Führung teams klar, datengetrieben und entwickelnd – mit Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen und Prozessen.
Sicher mit gängigen Ad-Plattformen, Tracking-Setups (z. B. GA4, Triple Whale o. Ä.) und Performance-Dashboards.
Unternehmerisches Denken, verstehst Unit Economics (LTV, Contribution Margin, Cashflow).
