Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights that support the People team mission
Investigate topics including pay, equity runway for option grants, performance reviews, PIPs, recruitment ROI and time-to-hire, and office space planning
Design and run tests/splits, measure significance, and model outcomes (e.g., time-to-hire, recruitment ROI)
Deliver a learning agenda in collaboration with stakeholders and propose new investigations
Work with stakeholders across the business (Founders, CFO, COO, Head of Ops Strategy, Head of Talent, Head of People, Finance, etc.) to implement findings
Report to the People Director and build a wide network of stakeholders
Be part of the People team and a cross-functional Strategy peer group, with opportunities to rotate into other departments
Present and share findings in clear, succinct written and verbal formats
Requirements
Experience working in a top-tier strategy consultancy or a strategic role at a tech or finance company
Strong analytical skills
Experience or interest in learning Python or SQL is a plus
A statistical mindset; able to design and run tests, measure significance and understand limitations of analysis
Proven ability or strong desire to implement findings; comfortable working across the business to deliver outcomes
Natural curiosity to spot, break down, and resolve problems
Ability to distill complex information into succinct, engaging written and verbal communication
Team player with balance of confidence, humility, and enthusiasm
High levels of personal integrity due to exposure to sensitive data and projects
Experience or interest in developing People/HR strategy
