Oversee the day-to-day operations of the People Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services via the ticket desk including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR systems support.
Liaise effectively with other People functions (e.g., People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure integrated HR service delivery.
Provide insight to the wider team through monthly reporting of data from the global ticketing system.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all People Services activities.
Leverage HR technology to improve service delivery and data management.
Champion a positive colleague experience by ensuring services are delivered with clarity and consistency.
Ensure all HR practices comply with current employment legislation and internal policies.
Oversee the management of the HRIS - Workday.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Services professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct and/or support in internal and external HR audits globally, ensuring data readiness and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data privacy protocols are strictly adhered to.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal) to resolve cross-functional issues related to HR operations.
Act as a point of escalation for complex employee queries or HR operational issues.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar HR operations or shared services role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR).
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
