About the role
- Mitwirkung an der Realisierung von Personalmarketing und Employer Branding Maßnahmen zur gezielten Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke im Rahmen einer befristeten Anstellung
- Planung und Umsetzung interner Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Events im Rahmen des Arbeitgebermarketings
- Vorbereitung und Organisation von Schulungen und internen Seminaren im Bereich Personalentwicklung inkl. Terminbuchungen
- Betreuung und Pflege des Learning Management Systems (LMS) sowie Unterstützung des Personalentwicklungsteams bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften und Mitwirkung an Projekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder Studium in Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Idealerwiese erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding oder Personalentwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke
