People Technology Specialist for Eptura optimizing HR processes via Dayforce modules. Seeking a passionate self - starter to drive innovative solutions in a global context.
About the role
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions for the AMER region, including onboarding, transfers, compensation changes, and offboarding
- Generate, review, and update employment contracts and HR documentation with HR and legal
- Coordinate and process payroll activities in Mexico, partnering with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and audit employee data in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries through Zendesk and other channels
- Conduct regular and ad hoc audits for labor law compliance, payroll accuracy, and internal policies
- Prepare and deliver Workday reports and analytics to support HR and business decision-making
- Partner with HR colleagues across the AMER region to align processes and support global initiatives
- Participate in HR projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of HR operations experience with strong expertise in Mexico payroll processing and employment law
- Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and experience analyzing HR and payroll data
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for Mexico; familiarity with US and Canadian HR practices a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global and regional HR teams
