About the role

  • Run onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and other key moments with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
  • Administer health, retirement, and leave programs, ensure compliance and smooth employee experience
  • Oversee HR systems (Rippling, Remote, Lattice), maintain data integrity, improve workflows, and automate tasks
  • Stay ahead of employment law updates, policies, and documentation requirements to reduce risk and ensure smooth audits
  • Serve as point person for employee questions on People programs, benefits, payroll, and build self-service resources
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with EOR partners like Remote.com for compliant hiring and consistent processes across countries

Requirements

  • 4+ years of People/HR experience, ideally from a high-growth environment
  • Passionate about building smooth, reliable employee experiences
  • Think in systems and can improve workflows and automate recurring tasks
  • Thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments and design scalable processes
  • Take ownership and drive work forward proactively
  • Communicate with clarity across employees, managers, and executives
  • Sweat the details and care about accuracy while moving with urgency
  • Located in NYC with the ability to work in the office 1–2 times a week
