About the role

  • Support People Operations Specialists in core People Process and their daily work.
  • Work on contract management and relocation processes, onboarding and off-boarding as well as handling employee requests.
  • Support People Operations Specialists on the monthly payroll preparation and processing for Europe offices.
  • Be point of contact for Emmies inquiries about documents, absences, etc.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Operations projects.
  • Work closely with other P&O sub-teams (Learning, People Development and Recruiting) across the globe and together ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
  • Own the People Operations knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant program (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Law) and looking for an end-of-studies internship.
  • Passionate about People Operations and people related topics.
  • Like challenges and a fast-pacing environment.
  • Team player, communicative and detail oriented.
  • Good MS-Office skills.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
