About the role

  • People/HR Intern assisting with various HR functions in a collaborative environment. Gaining practical experience in employee engagement and HR operations for students or recent graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and organizing files
  • Help onboard new hires, including preparing orientation materials and setting up systems access
  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with performance management, training, and development projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations
