About the role

  • Lead the People function in Poland, shaping, driving, and executing the global People Function agenda tailored to Polish needs.
  • Combine strategic business partnership with hands-on operational HR delivery.
  • Oversee policy management, performance frameworks, and retention strategies ensuring alignment with Polish labor law and global standards.
  • Act as strategic advisor to business leaders; provide coaching, mentoring and data-driven insights to influence decisions and foster high-performance inclusive culture.
  • Drive talent strategy: talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, succession planning and capability development across business units.
  • Oversee HR Tech integration: implementation and optimization of HRMS and digital HR transformation and process reengineering.
  • Stakeholder engagement and change management across business lines; strong communication and networking to influence and drive change.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, GDPR and payroll & benefits administration in Poland.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and provide people data & reporting to support decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams across India, the US, and the UK.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of proven experience as HR professional, including HR operations and HR business partnering.
  • Strong exposure to Polish labor law including immigration, HR compliance and GDPR.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms and experience implementing HRMS systems and driving digital HR transformation.
  • Sound expertise in hiring strategy, vendor management, referral programs, and audit compliance.
  • Exposure to leadership hiring.
  • Degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
  • Eligible to work in Poland.
  • People leadership experience with ability to drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural development.
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-border collaboration (India, US, UK/Europe).
