About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → pitch → close → celebrate
  • Conduct 20+ hours of outbound prospecting weekly to fill your pipeline
  • Book and lead discovery calls, site surveys, and solution presentations
  • Close $6K+ in new monthly contract revenue after ramp (4 months)
  • Build and maintain your “Top 100” and “Hot 25” account lists in CRM
  • Collaborate with your sales and ops teams to ensure a smooth client handoff

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales closer – ideally with 3-10 years of experience
  • A true hunter mindset with the stamina to crush quotas
  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Organized CRM user (bonus points for experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
