About the role

  • Ensure all outbound Local orders are scheduled and delivered on time with complete inventory allocation.
  • Plan, build and coordinate routes for local delivery teams weekly in your designated region.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments with customers each week.
  • Complete order requests and modifications coming from Sales, Marketing, and Concierge teams.
  • Coordinate returns and cancellations (once approved) to maintain system alignment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct high-level order audits to meet company goals and minimize operational errors.
  • Review and maintain daily inventory availability to ensure stock is accurately allocated to our regional warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock risks or shortages to management so we can action shipments promptly.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and databases, ensuring information is updated and reliable.
  • Communicate proactively with warehouse and management teams to resolve order or inventory issues swiftly.
  • Continually improve Dispatch Track routing and scheduling processes to get customers their orders faster and more efficiently.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback to improve customer experience and Local Operations workflows.
  • Meet the Local Team KPIs of 2 weeks of advanced scheduled deliveries and no past due deliveries.
  • Assist in updating operational SOPs to reflect system and process changes.
  • Track and report key operational KPIs weekly and monthly, providing insights to leadership.
  • Meet the company’s Inbox 0 KPI, ensuring all operational inquiries are addressed by end of day.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to create greater efficiencies within local delivery operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operational or logistics coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on correct grammar and professional tone.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), NetSuite, Notion, Slack, Gorgias, Aircall, DispatchTrack, or similar systems.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a passion for operational excellence.
