About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the mapping of all processes within the Connected PBM Ecosystem
- Evaluate current processes using the DMAIC framework to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Oversee the implementation of new business processes and ensure seamless integration across workstreams
- Support the development of capability models, customer journey maps, and value stream maps
- Collaborate with business architects, IT leads, and solution owners
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Deliver training and support for new program implementations and process changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, business architecture, or operations management
- Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC)
- Strong understanding/experience with UX/UI principles and their integration into business processes
- Experience communicating and engaging with both leadership and stakeholders
