About the role

  • Regional Training Coordinator coordinating logistics for training programs in Dallas. Collaborating with trainers and teams to ensure effective training delivery and participant engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of regional training sessions, including in-person and virtual events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training sign-ups, session communications, and calendar management.
  • Ensure training materials and supplies are prepared and available for each session.
  • Maintain and manage regional training content and learner assignments within the LMS.
  • Track employee participation, course completions, certifications, and evaluation feedback.
  • Support basic LMS troubleshooting and issue escalation in collaborate with the global LMS team.
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on attendance, completion rates, and learning metrics.
  • Assist the Regional Training Manager in analyzing training impact and identifying data driven areas for improvement.
  • Support compliance reporting and audit preparation when applicable.
  • Work closely with technical trainers to ensure they are equipped and supported for training delivery.
  • Coordinate with regional instructional designers to support localization of global content.
  • Assist with onboarding initiatives, skills development programs, and other regional training initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the regional training team, including meeting coordination, document management, and communications.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in a training, administrative, or coordination role—preferably in a regional, operations, or technical environment.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
  • Familiarity with training logistics and basic instructional content formats.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills.
