About the role

  • Specialized Distribution Account Specialist ensuring client needs are met and resolving daily operational issues. Collaborating across teams and managing key performance indicators while leading client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that day-to-day needs of Specialized Distribution clients are met
  • Resolve daily issues reported via Customer Care, Sales, Operations and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with all relevant cross-functional team members to lead issue resolution
  • Design, develop and publish Key Performance Indicators to meet contractual obligations with clients
  • Manage reporting processes and provide the management team with recommendations, analytics, and business intelligence
  • Lead client meetings and follow-up actions to deliver operational excellence and a superior customer experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment (3PL distribution experience is an asset)
  • Retail/wholesale/hospital supply chain and procurement management experience is an asset
  • Experience with data analytics and database/systems management
  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
