  • Supports Business Management, Marketing, and Sales by providing essential administrative support and operational assistance
  • Managing gifting and activity programs, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and independent contractors
  • Assisting with Marketing logistics that help drive and support overall objectives
  • Accurate tracking, strong organization, and effective communication to maintain smooth business operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
