Responsibilities
Close collaboration with partners to define industry standards for IT systems in network operations
Responsible for end-to-end processes in IT projects
Shaping the Workforce Management and Meter2Cash environment in network operations
Initiating and owning strategic measures for process optimization
Structuring complex responsibilities and providing rapid support in IT projects
Implementing appropriate process and performance management methods
Leveraging forward-looking tools to identify optimization potential
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Energy Management, or a comparable qualification
Proven success in process and performance management of IT projects
Knowledge of energy-sector processes (Workforce Management, Meter2Cash) and relevant IT systems
Confident application of agile approaches such as BizDevOps and Lean
Ability to perform complex analyses, structure work clearly, and communicate effectively
Proactive working style and willingness to take responsibility
Team player in virtual and in-person workshops
Business-fluent German and very good English skills (at least B2 level)
