About the role

  • Hire, train, and develop Docebo BDRs to drive pipeline generation and talent development
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the BDR team
  • Continuously focus on operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide regular professional development including recurring 1:1 meetings, weekly coaching, and routine co-selling
  • Identify and implement improvements in process, efficiency, enablement, and strategy to improve productivity
  • Track and communicate weekly goals to team and leadership to drive consistent performance
  • Deliver on meetings set and opportunities generated and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business growth and operational excellence
  • Deploy decision-making based on qualitative and quantitative insight and demonstrate a mentality of overachieving
  • Demonstrate flexibility in leadership approach and manage time effectively, owning your calendar
  • Understand motivators of direct reports and build aligned career plans
  • Attain deep understanding of the Docebo value proposition and trends across HR, Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, and Customer/Partner Training functions

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as an SDR or BDR with outreach/business development experience for at least one year with proven track record of success, goal achievement, and crushing KPIs for a sales organization
  • Strategic thinker – ability to research ideal customer profile and understand Docebo’s competitive landscape
  • Team player with proven management and motivational skills
  • Data-driven – comfortable using metrics to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Natural leader with passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success
  • Results-driven work ethic with measurable results in fast-paced environments
  • 3+ years in a fast-growing startup SaaS environment is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
