About the role

  • Lead or Principal Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutions. Join Theta, a New Zealand-based tech consulting firm, to drive impactful digital transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Architecting and designing robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams of developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
  • Coaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to internal capability development.
  • Driving product innovation and reusability through internal development initiatives.
  • Representing Theta in the wider D365 and Power Platform community through forums, presentations, and events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
  • Experience in leading and delivering multi-million dollar projects, preferably in the government sector
  • Deep expertise in solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration and delivery.
  • Experience in identifying use cases and implementing AI solutions
  • Experience with using AI to aid with writing code
  • Proven leadership in delivering successful projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills across written, presentation, and workshop formats.
  • Ability to guide stakeholders in solving business problems through technology.
