Responsibilities
Architecting and designing robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Leading cross-functional teams of developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
Coaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to internal capability development.
Driving product innovation and reusability through internal development initiatives.
Representing Theta in the wider D365 and Power Platform community through forums, presentations, and events.
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
Experience in leading and delivering multi-million dollar projects, preferably in the government sector
Deep expertise in solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration and delivery.
Experience in identifying use cases and implementing AI solutions
Experience with using AI to aid with writing code
Proven leadership in delivering successful projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication skills across written, presentation, and workshop formats.
Ability to guide stakeholders in solving business problems through technology.
