About the role

  • Client Success Manager facilitating client relationships at FE fundinfo, a leading investment management technology company. Guiding clients to succeed with products and services in the finance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Accompanying clients as they transition from new prospects to confident and active users of our products.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships focused on loyalty, satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and recommending innovative solutions to help clients succeed.
  • Staying up to date with our products and each client’s business needs to provide relevant, value‐added insights.
  • Monitoring client usage and engagement to ensure they get maximum benefit from our services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with our product and service development strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven customer success experience within the finance or financial services industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Confident in building trusted, long‐lasting relationships.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities with diligence and attention to detail.
