About the role

  • Managing Partner success in Brisbane and accelerating growth for Xero's accounting ecosystem. Collaborating with firms to embed Xero's Practice Tools and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a diverse territory and manage a book of business
  • Partner with large, complex accounting and bookkeeping firms to develop bespoke strategies
  • Build and execute territory plans to identify upgrade opportunities
  • Design and deliver presentations for Xero Partner events
  • Manage Partner health using Salesforce to track activity and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Proven track record in relationship management or sales within technology or SaaS sectors
  • Understanding of how accounting practices operate
  • Strong storytelling ability for complex value propositions
  • Natural initiative to work autonomously with a large book of business
  • Results-oriented mindset for meeting targets through strategic planning
  • Genuine passion for the online accounting market and interest in technology.
