About the role

  • BDR Hunter at 4yousee generating B2B opportunities in digital media by connecting solutions to real business challenges. Engage decision-makers through strategic and consultative prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute 100% active, multichannel outbound prospecting combining phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp;
  • Research and prioritize accounts based on ICP, tiers and triggers, identifying decision-makers across functions (marketing, media, trade, IT, operations);
  • Develop tailored messaging and cadences by vertical, addressing pain points and use cases with a consultative narrative;
  • Conduct structured lead qualification using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC or SPIN;
  • Schedule qualified meetings and perform assertive handoffs to the Sales team, providing full context and history in HubSpot;
  • Monitor funnel metrics (touches, response, connection, MQL→SQL, conversion) and adjust cadences based on data;
  • Contribute to the evolution of commercial playbooks, suggesting improvements to scripts, templates, ICPs and outbound workflows;
  • Work autonomously with a consistent pace, balancing volume and quality to ensure predictable results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BDR or SDR with an outbound B2B focus, working with mid-market or enterprise accounts (minimum 1 year);
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (creating and executing cadences, complete activity logging, contact and pipeline management);
  • Experience with prospecting and data tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr or equivalents);
  • Skilled in cold calling, social selling and personalized emails, with consultative communication and concise writing;
  • Ability to perform account research and prioritize opportunities with a strategic perspective;
  • Organized and disciplined in managing cadences, tasks and metrics;
  • Ownership mindset, resilience and consistency to maintain high-level performance;
  • Preferred: Experience in OOH/DOOH, digital signage, retail media, martech or B2B advertising;
  • Knowledge of qualification frameworks (MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED) and light ABM practices;
  • English and/or Spanish for LATAM operations;
  • Track record of measurable performance (e.g., increased reply rate, expansion of tier-A accounts, pipeline generation above target);
  • Experience building outbound operations from scratch, including creating cadences, scripts and templates.
