Responsibilities
Identifier et contacter des propriétaires et gestionnaires d'actifs immobiliers, avec un focus particulier sur le **marché flamand**
Analyser le potentiel des parkings identifiés et comprendre les enjeux des propriétaires pour leur proposer la solution BePark la plus adaptée.
Ouvrir les portes de nouveaux comptes stratégiques pour alimenter le pipeline des Business Developers Seniors.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des interactions et de la progression de vos opportunités.
Rester à l’affût des nouveaux projets immobiliers.
Requirements
Vous parlez **français et néerlandais**, une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.
Vous avez une première expérience préalable dans un environnement commercial / prospection.
Vous êtes à l’aise dans la communication, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Vous possédez un réel sens de l’écoute et de l’analyse.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome.
Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial, orienté solutions.
Vous avez une forte envie d’apprendre et de mordre dans le secteur de l'immobilier urbain.
