Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to Indonesia's dynamic digital marketing landscape
Identify growth opportunities and establish connections with potential clients
Build strong, lasting relationships to drive new business
Engage with potential clients in key sectors through in-depth research and networking
Actively attend industry events to build connections with marketing and tech leaders
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals
Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Collaborate with media, creative, data, marketing and specialist teams to align on client needs
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the digital sales sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Deep understanding of digital marketing market trends and various media channels
Proficiency in tech solutions relevant to the market
An established network of decision-makers and influencers in Indonesia’s marketing or business sectors
Strong understanding of performance marketing and the digital advertising ecosystem in Southeast Asia
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in CRM/sales software, such as Hubspot
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
