Responsibilities
Drive business growth for Assurance services and AI technology solutions, focusing on government agencies and strategic sectors.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship management.
Manage the full sales cycle — from initial engagement, solution scoping, proposal development, to negotiation and contract signing.
Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs and strategic objectives.
Develop and present compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology developments to inform BD strategies.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure business development objectives are met in alignment with ATS’s goals.
Requirements
Ideally more than 8 years of business development or sales experience in the technology sector, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-driven solutions.
Proven experience working with Singapore government agencies, including managing procurements, tenders, and framework agreements.
Strong understanding of offensive security services (e.g., VAPT and Red Teaming) and AI solutioning frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts as an individual contributor.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong collaborative approach.
