About the role

  • Support the smooth execution of core people processes and HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist in the execution of recurring HR processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and feedback cycles
  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and materials for HR programs, trainings, and events
  • Support accurate data entry and updates in HR systems (e.g., HiBob), maintain digital files, and track participation metrics
  • Help coordinate the logistics of onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Act as a helpful point of contact for employees with basic questions about HR processes or tools
  • Assist in the implementation of culture-building activities and internal recognition programs and gather feedback on participation
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking learning initiatives, including training logistics, scheduling, communication, and evaluating participant feedback
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the People Operations Team Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • Master’s will be considered a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR support, People Operations, or administrative coordination, preferably in dynamic or fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Bamboo, or similar systems)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with onboarding, performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, or learning & development support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders across levels
  • Strong ability to manage multiple processes and logistics simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment; proactive in handling challenges and eager to learn
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with the People Operations Team Lead, People Managers, and other members of the People team
