About the role

  • Provide global full-cycle recruitment for CLARITY.
  • Maintain contact with candidates and provide timely feedback.
  • Review local IT market benchmark and recruitment offerings in order to compete with other IT companies.
  • Build a positive employer brand when communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment statistics, perform recruitment related analysis and prepare reports upon necessity.
  • Ensure job posting (i.e. job boards, universities, social networks etc.).
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in job fairs/exhibitions.
  • Encourage and manage referral program.
  • Assist in salary and labor market research to define benchmark.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field, will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, HR, or technical sourcing (2–3+ years).
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
