Inside Sales Engineer supporting Outside Sales team in Industrial Business in Seregno, Italy. Responsible for quotations, technical support, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Qualificare le richieste dei clienti per garantire che le quotazioni soddisfino le loro esigenze applicative e operative
Preparare quotazioni accurate e tempestive, assicurando la validazione tecnica e commerciale per offrire la migliore soluzione complessiva
Seguire le quotazioni e supportare le vendite esterne nel portare avanti le opportunità
Negoziare gli ordini di vendita all'interno della delega di autorità concordata e delle linee guida aziendali
Utilizzare efficacemente gli strumenti CRM, mantenendo registri accurati e completi dei clienti e delle quotazioni
Assicurarsi che gli ordini di acquisto siano commercialmente completi e conformi alle procedure interne per l'immissione degli ordini
Fornire supporto tecnico e commerciale rispondendo alle domande dei clienti, consigliando soluzioni e coordinandosi con i siti produttivi o gli specialisti di prodotto su richieste specifiche
Mantenere standard professionali ed etici rispettando le politiche di conformità commerciale, gestione della qualità ed etica di Emerson, continuando a sviluppare la propria conoscenza tramite formazione e prestazioni focalizzate su KPI.
Requirements
Laurea tecnica o esperienza pratica equivalente
Solida comprensione tecnica, preferibilmente in strumentazione e controllo dei processi
Idealmente, esperienza in un ruolo di vendita tecnica in un ambiente di automazione industriale (es. chimico, petrolchimico, petrolio e gas, energia, scienze della vita, raffinazione)
Familiarità con i sistemi CRM e gli strumenti MS Office
